  6. the 1988 Olympics; from brain and spinal injuries suffered when
  7. he was run down by an auto on Nov. 11; in Montreal. Davis had
  8. angrily run off three youths who were verbally abusing his
  9. girlfriend and another woman outside a convenience store. The
  10. youths drove away in a car, then turned around and rammed into
  11. Davis, according to his girlfriend.
